Natalie is our vision champion. She serves as the connective tissue for all departments and the leadership team to develop, prioritize and support both strategic and tactical operations worldwide.
Throughout her career, Natalie has established herself as an Executive Thought Partner and Strategic Doer with a focus on enhancing internal processes, communication, and partnering with senior leadership in challenging, high-pressure, and deadline-driven environments. She has spent over two decades in the recruitment industry working across diverse cultures to ensure seamless operations, coordinate key initiatives, and manage organizational change. Natalie is passionate about building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to create enduring, mutually beneficial partnerships.
During her downtime, Natalie can be found honing her culinary skills, with a particular interest in international cuisine.
